Our client is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical services, with locations across the country. As a Service Technician, you would install and maintain machines for our client’s customers in Meridian and the surrounding areas. This is a great chance to use your mechanical and electrical expertise while enjoying independence and a flexible schedule. Your key responsibilities would include: Installing and maintaining freestanding service machines * Collecting coins from the machines * Completing regularly scheduled services * Repairing machines as needed * Consulting with store and on-site managers * Maintaining company van inventory and tools * Responding to work orders (sent via a company-provided cell phone) Is this the right position for you? Here are a few things we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: * Extensive experience in a related role (mechanical/electrical) is required * Must be able to lift equipment weighing 70lbs * Strong communication skills are essential * Familiarity with cell phone texting is needed * Certification in a related field is highly preferred * Experience as a business owner is a plus * Professionalism is a must * Selected candidate MUST be able to pass a credit check, background and drug test, as well as possess a clean driving record and current Driver’s license What’s so great about this job, anyway?
